We respect your privacy and do everything we can to protect your data. Below is what data we collect and what we use it for. You can also see what your rights are, who has access to your data and how long your data is stored.

Data that Davide Chape collects about you

If you buy a product, subscribe to our newsletter, connect to our services, contact us (whether via social networks or not), participate in an online survey or otherwise interact with Davide Chape, we may collect various data, including:

Contact by phone

Where do we save your data?

Your data may be in any of these locations:

  • Paper archives : Supporting documents for financial transactions (such as invoices) are not only stored digitally, but also on paper. We keep them for at least 10 years. These archives are kept securely and under lock and key.
  • Temporary paper prints : Sometimes it's just easier to have paper support. If this document contains personal data, it is destroyed with a shredder after use.
  • Digital support : We store your data in databases in accordance with strict security measures. That is why your data is almost always stored within the European Union. In the exceptional case where customer data is transmitted to countries outside the European Union, we ensure that your privacy is adequately respected.

How long do we save your data for?

How long we keep your data depends on the relationship we have with you.

  • If you are buying a product or service : We do not remove your data from our database. We do this for safety reasons.
  • If you ask for information : After ten years of inactivity, we delete your data.
  • If you sign up for a newsletter : You can manage this online registration yourself.
  • If you are applying : We delete your application data at most 1 month after the end of the recruitment procedure.

The tax authorities require us to keep your billing, payment and order data for 10 years. Second, we only use anonymous data for internal reports.

What are your rights?

You remain in control of your data. Do you want to consult your personal data for free or receive a copy? Do you want to change your data, delete it, limit its use or adapt your preferences for sending e-mails? No problem. Report it to us by post or email. Thus, you can also object to the use of your data for commercial purposes or indicate that your privacy is more important to you than our interest. If necessary, we will re-examine the situation.

You can easily unsubscribe from newsletters. What if you don't want any more cookies? You can also fix this yourself.
