Where do we save your data?

How long do we save your data for?

How long we keep your data depends on the relationship we have with you.

If you are buying a product or service : We do not remove your data from our database. We do this for safety reasons.
If you ask for information : After ten years of inactivity, we delete your data.
If you sign up for a newsletter : You can manage this online registration yourself.
If you are applying : We delete your application data at most 1 month after the end of the recruitment procedure.

The tax authorities require us to keep your billing, payment and order data for 10 years. Second, we only use anonymous data for internal reports.

What are your rights?

You remain in control of your data. Do you want to consult your personal data for free or receive a copy? Do you want to change your data, delete it, limit its use or adapt your preferences for sending e-mails? No problem. Report it to us by post or email.
